We also offer interest-free payment plans that allow you to split the balance into agreed instalments over up to four months. A deposit secures your chosen painting, ensuring it is reserved exclusively for you. Your artwork will be safely stored at the gallery until the final payment is completed, at no additional cost.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes. Our Gift Vouchers make the perfect gift for art lovers. Available in denominations of £50. Redeemable online using a unique code. Valid for 12 months from purchase

How quickly can I receive my artwork? Same-day collection may be available Monday–Saturday in selected cases Next-day delivery is available for in-stock, ready-framed artworks when ordered by 2pm GMT (Monday–Thursday) for South African addresses. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. We also ship internationally on a regular basis,. International delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, with timeframes confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day guaranteed returns policy on online and telephone purchases. You may choose a refund or credit note for an exchange. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of safe return. Returns can be arranged by the customer, or we can provide a courier quote upon request
